Work permit applications

The Border and Immigration Agency will continue to accept work permit applications on the previous versions of the application forms received up to and including 17 December 2007.

However, please note that if you do send us work permit applications, after the 19 November 2007 using the previous version of the forms, this may delay the consideration of your application if we need to ask for additional information.

All work permit applications received after 17 December 2007 should be submitted on the new forms.
