Updated guidance for work permit applications for chefs and other hospitality workers

We have updated the guidance our caseworkers follow for work permit applications for chefs and other occupations within the hospitality sector.

This guidance has been completely revised. In particular, caseworkers are now looking in more detail at the size of hotel or restaurant, any industry awards, and the type of service they offer. We have also updated the salary rates in line with the latest salary surveys.
